Spottswood A.M.E. Zion Church Is Reopening

Greetings Spottswood family and friends!!!
"The Spott" is reopening it's doors to the public for the first time since the COVID-19 Pandemic caused us to hold our services remotely for the safety of our members and community. The doors of the Church will open on Sunday September 6, 2020, at 9:30 a.m., with a limited capacity and new safety protocols in place, that are in keeping with the guidelines recommended by federal, state and local health and safety agencies.

You must pre register to attend and agree to adhere to ALL protocols in place. All in building attendance is reserved on a first come, first serve basis and is limited by a strict maximum capacity requirement. But don't worry, we will continue to hold our virtual worship service online via Facebook Live and on our Website's Live Church page.

If you are above the age of 65, or have high risk health concerns, or are a caregiver for someone who does, please prayerfully consider continuing to worship with us remotely for the health and safety of everyone.

All in person worshipers MUST wear a mask, pass a brief health screening prior to entry, and maintain social distancing. Church staff will provide detailed instructions for seating as worshipers enter and direct worshipers to the exit at the end of service.

We are extremely grateful to God for continuing to see us through this season of COVID-19. While we know there will be challenges with in person worship we are confident that God will guide us to a safe and successful return to "The Spott". We give God all the glory!!!

Thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation!!!

Greetings!  We want to welcome you to Spottswood A.M.E. Zion Church

Our Commitment To jesus christ

extends beyond the church doors.  We believe the church is not just a place of worship but its leaders and congregation have a duty to be champions for healing, love and kindness for all, regardless of race, religion or color. We believe in partnering with various religious entities to help foster peace and love. This is truly the commitment of our ministries as we strive to serve our community.
